George Gesic, Ojibwe Cree, has operated a construction business within Squamish Nation territory for thirty years, delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest — from Bellevue, Washington to Whistler, BC. Alongside construction, George has spent the past twenty years managing Bitterly Divine, a Squamish Nation music group. The group has performed, liaised, and coordinated with global brands and governments encompassing First Nations government and economic development corporation fundraisers, conferences, and celebrations to national and international events such as NHL, CFL, Invictus Games, Vancouver 2010 Olympics, FIFA, and others. The group has shared the stage with Billy Idol, The Killers, Hootie and the Blowfish, and The Sheepdogs, among others. George is the Chairman and co-founder of First Supply Industries (FSI), the extension of both careers: three decades of construction relationships applied to the supply chain, two decades of coordinating governments, economic development corporations, and global brands applied to how FSI builds and holds its own relationships. Andrew Ayres was born in Squamish, British Columbia, to a family of first responders, tradespeople, and engineers, and came up through the trades, fitting pipe in northern Alberta and working underground in an Arctic mine at nineteen. A move into renewable energy took him into Indigenous economic development: first on biofuel systems that turned regenerative agriculture into renewable natural gas, then in Native American economic development in Arizona and the Southwest United States across health care, wellness, and entertainment. Back in Canada he founded and led a banking-as-a-service platform built to support Indigenous inclusion with financial institutions and government partners, covering international payments, capital formation, ESG investing, and public-private partnerships. Several years as a private adviser to capital deployment groups followed, in correspondent banking, international finance, and private equity. He has over a decade in project origination, Indigenous economic development policy, and cross-border partnerships. At First Supply Industries his focus is deal structuring and building verifiable procurement channels that connect overseas manufacturers, investors, and distributors to Canadian government and enterprise buyers.

Vanessa Lewis, Ojibwe Cree, brings two decades in human resources, administration, and Indigenous program leadership. Most recently she was Senior Director of the Training and Trades Centre at Squamish Nation, where she created the department to develop construction trades training and job placement programs, secured and administered provincial and federal funding, and built workforce development programs and partnerships across government, industry, and community. At First Supply Industries she runs administration, contracts, and the operating file on every quote and order.
Matt Vickers, Heiltsuk, Tsimshian, and Haida, has run businesses for forty-four years across First Nations art, technology, and management consulting. He is Partner and CEO of Generating for 7 Generations, a rail project, owner of Vickers & Associates, a management and financial consultancy, and Chairman and CEO of NorthernNations Cooperative. He was Provincial Director of Aboriginal Services and a Partner at Meyers Norris Penny until 2009, and before that a Senior Manager at Royal Bank Financial Group, where he built the bank’s Aboriginal Banking program. He sits on the Board of Governors of Simon Fraser University, advises the Auditor General of British Columbia as an external thought leader, and is a founding member and Co-Chair of the Circle of Advisors at Honoring Nations Canada. He holds two honorary doctorates and received the Province of British Columbia’s End Racism Award in 1999. He lives on shíshálh Nation lands in Sechelt.
Tamara Goddard, of Saulteau First Nation in northeastern British Columbia, has spent more than twenty years on the economics between Indigenous nations, governments, and industry. She is CEO and co-owner of Four Our Future, an Indigenous-owned firm that builds strategic plans, business plans, and community economic development models for Indigenous governments across Canada. For ten years before that she was President of Mahigan Research and Development Inc., with clients including Squamish Nation, Musqueam Nation, shíshálh Nation, the Assembly of First Nations, and Aboriginal Tourism BC. She is a Partner in Pemmikan Technologies Ltd. and served on the board of 221A from 2023 to 2026. She has authored national papers on blockchain and web3 applications for equitable distribution of wealth and resources and incubated 400 Drums. She holds an MBA in Indigenous Business and Leadership from Simon Fraser University.
Chief Gibby Jacob is a Hereditary Chief of the Squamish Nation and has served the Nation in leadership roles for more than forty years. He sat on the final presentation team that won Canada the 2010 Olympic Games in Prague, served as the VANOC board representative for the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations through the planning and delivery of the Games, negotiated the Olympic Legacy agreements that secured Whistler-area lands for both Nations, and brokered the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre in Whistler. He provides direction and liaison on special projects and negotiations between governments, stakeholders, partners, and the Nation. He received the 2017 Indigenous Business Award of Distinction, the BC Aboriginal Business Lifetime Achievement Award, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, and the Senate 150th Anniversary Medal, has twice been named to Vancouver Magazine’s Power 50, and serves on the advisory board of Affinor Growers.

Kevin McNulty is Chief Executive Officer of Dynamis Energy, an Eagle, Idaho technology company that builds fixed and mobile waste-to-energy plants converting municipal, medical, and agricultural solid waste into power, with projects in development in Europe, Asia, South America, the Caribbean, and the United States. Before Dynamis he was Managing Director of AMP Ventures, sourcing and structuring investments in clean and renewable energy companies for the firm and its co-investors; Managing Director at Leaf Clean Energy and Energy & Climate Advisors, where he co-managed the joint-venture management company and the company’s IPO; Vice President at Webster Management Consultants, developing equity investment and acquisition opportunities; and Director at InterGen, where he established operations to develop power projects in the Southern Cone of South America. He holds an MBA from IESE and studied at the University of Houston. He is based in Houston.
Yoga Yogendran has spent twenty-seven years developing and deploying energy-efficient and clean-energy systems, from passive buildings to carbon-neutral net-zero communities. He is Executive Vice President and Technology Officer at Avro Technologies. Earlier he was Research Director at BC Hydro, a manager with the National Research Council of Canada, and founder of the Centre for Clean Energy Research at UBC, after starting out as a civil and electrical engineer in Calgary and Vancouver.
